It is the step in which it is decided which sites will participate in the trial. Sites are invited based on previous experience, expertise on the pathology/investigational product and volume of potential patients. Site feasibility for conducting the trial is assessed with a questionnaire that the PI or a member of their team answers to Site Selection. One of the options to conduct a proper selection of site is to organize an onsite visit to evaluate the site assest: staff, time available of the PI, study’s equipment, laboratories, structures facilities and other aspects.
